Immunity Boosting Tea

A blend of ginger, turmeric , lemon and herbs is a powerhouse immunity booster this cold & flu season. Recipe below!

Ingredients:

  1. Ginger Root

  2. Turmeric Root

  3. Lemon

  4. Fresh Basil

  5. Water

Step by Step Instructions:


Step 1: In a small pot add your desired amount if water.


Step 2: Peel and cut your desired amount of ginger & turmeric. Add to the water


Step 3: Add your desired amount of sliced lemon and fresh basil to the pot.


Step 4: Bring pot to a boil and then reduce to low heat.


Step 5: Leave pot on low heat and brew to your desired tea strength





When adding a cup of this tea to your daily routine you can boost both your immune and digestive health.
